Action Menu + Nested Submenu
Panel 18 of the Lightning-Pattern POC page (mockapps/salesforce): a record-level action menu created dynamically when its trigger is clicked, with a nested submenu created when Change Owner is hovered or focused. POC: open Account Actions, Change Owner, Assign to Queue and verify the chosen action; reopen the menu. Uses TasWebMenu rooted at the wrapper holding both the trigger and the menu host, with an absolute subXPath and click as the default action. Dismissal with Escape uses a key-only value ({ESC}) on the trigger.
